Locklin Insurance is a friendly place to do business. They are easy to work with, empathetic and helpful. They remember that the customer is most important for them to succeed – when you call you are connected to a live knowledgeable person who will help you. My recently deceased father had his home insured through Locklin and my dealings with them throughout a difficult time caused me to cancel my insurance with my current vendor and go with them. I know they’ll always have time for me, return calls / emails as promised and have my best interests at heart. If I could rate them higher than 5 I would!
Best insurance agency around Milton.
Had an issue with my workers comp last year. Mr Locklin went to bat for me when I showed him receipts from where I had paid promptly throughout the year, and he got things straightened out immediately. I have been with Locklin since 2013, and will be there for many years to come. The entire staff bends over backwards to accommodate. I recommend them highly.

My experience with Locklin Insurance goes back decades and their service is and has been exceptional. What I appreciate the most is that they really worked hard to bring me the best value … not just the lowest price but a very good price for the level of coverage that really protected me and my family instead of leaving me vulnerable just to try to drive premiums down. That is a level of care and professionalism that is not always easy to find.
And when accidents have happened, they were always there and I knew that they are looking out for my best interest.

My homeowner’s insurance renewed in April of 2014 and by contacting Locklin’ s they saved me over 30% on my renewal premium and all it took was one phone call. A couple of years ago I had Locklin’ s shop my car insurance because it was time to renew my policy with GEICO and after doing so, Locklin’ s Insurance was able to save me several hundreds of dollars a year on what I was currently paying for car insurance. Anytime I have ever had to call or email my agent at Locklin’ s about anything, a claim (I’ve been through a couple of hurricanes) a rate, a question, I have received an immediate response and exceptional service. Locklin’ s Insurance, the agent and staff has always exceeded my expectations and that is why I recommend them to family members, friends and co-workers without hesitation!
