Founded in 1958, Locklin Insurance is a 3rd generation, family-owned agency built on hard work, and dedication.

Jack and Josephine Locklin opened their independent agency in May of 1958. Jack was born and raised in Milton. His family had been here for several generations. In 1984, their youngest son, Bob, joined the agency and began working with his dad. Bob graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University. Jack and Josephine retired in 1992, and Bob purchased the agency from his father. Bob’s son, Grant, joined the agency three generations later in 2019. Grant graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Harding University.

Bob and Grant, along with an amazing and friendly staff of twelve, which includes Jackie Blackmon (35-year employee) and April Palmer (18-year employee), are proud to be a part of the oldest insurance agency in Milton, Florida.

We will continue striving to be your chosen insurance agency while building customer relationships through honesty, integrity, and outstanding service.
